This 3 hour sewing class, children will learn age and skill appropriate sewing techniques in a fun, safe and guided hands-on environment. Student will learn sewing machine safety and basics, hand-sewing techniques, different stitches, and simple construction skills, building their confidence as they progress. They can put their new skills into practice by creating a finished project suited to their age and skill level, such as a tote bag or simple garment for younger beginners. Students will develop practical sewing skills while creating something they can take home.
