Open studio offers students ages 6 through 12 the opportunity to learn and play with a range of multimedia, such as drawing, sculpture, clay and paper. It provides time for students to develop their own projects and lines of inquiry, building their capacities for problem solving, critical thinking and creativity. Sessions culminate in a curated showcase of student work.
-
In this instructor-led after-school program, young performers rehearse a scripted play—either original or adapted—developed to fit the group. Students build acting, storytelling, and musical theatre skills through drama games, ensemble work, and weekly sessions with songs and choreography. The term ends with a polished performance for family and friends in a supportive, creative setting.
-
In partnership with The League of Young Inventors in Brooklyn, NY, we are excited to offer engineering design this fall for budding innovators, explorers and creators. Young inventors will tinker and experiment to design their own toys, seeing everyday (yet mind-blowing) science concepts in action through their own hands-on builds and experimentation.
